Audio scopes
The Audio Scopes display levels, loudness, stereo balance, phase, and frequency content for the audio you hear. For source setup and mixing, see Audio Monitoring and the Audio Mixer.

In this section
- Audio Level Meter: Monitor audio peaks, RMS levels, and level history.
- Loudness Meter: Measure program loudness, true peak, and loudness history against a delivery target.
- Goniometer: Inspect stereo width and phase correlation between audio channels.
- Oscilloscope: Inspect the shape of the audio waveform over time.
- Band Spectrum Analyzer: Read audio frequency content as peak or RMS bars.
- FFT Spectrum Analyzer: Read audio frequency content as a curve with adjustable smoothing.
Feature access
The Levels meter is free to use: peak bars, the scale, and the readouts need no purchase. Its RMS bars and history graph, and all of the other audio scopes, are available with the CineMon PRO Audio Monitoring Pack or a CineMon PRO Pass subscription.
Like the video scopes, you can assign an audio scope to a Specialized Monitor or open it as a Floating Window.
